Your use of the web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of use, you may not access or otherwise use this web site.

Program Rules of Use

These terms apply to all benefits for which members are entitled. Unless specified by merchant, these are the terms and conditions the members agree to follow:

General Terms

1. Except for major holidays, there are no restrictions regarding the days and times a Snap membership may be used. Some businesses may honor membership benefits on major holidays - we suggest members call first.



2. The membership benefits may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or special offer, including happy hour, early bird specials and buffet specials. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the discount.



3. Members are asked to present their Snap membership card before the bill is totaled. Members are reminded that where tipping is appropriate, a 15-20% gratuity is customary and should be calculated on the pre-discounted amount.



4. Membership is non-transferable. Card is valid until expiration date shown.



5. Valid for parties of up to 10 people. Large parties (10 or more) are encouraged to consult business prior to use of membership privileges. Separate checks are discouraged. One bill per party.



6. Restaurants may or may not honor the membership benefits on take-out orders. Members are advised to check before ordering.



7. If a Merchant's discount or benefit listing includes any specific disclaimers, these disclaimers override any terms otherwise set forth in this section. Terms and conditions subject to change.

CALIFORNIA CREATIVE VISIONS will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept cards; however, we will attempt to secure compliance.

CALIFORNIA CREATIVE VISIONS disclaims all alleged liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating businesses. CALIFORNIA CREATIVE VISIONS disclaims all warranties, express, implied or otherwise imposed by law, regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of same. CALIFORNIA CREATIVE VISIONS disclaims all alleged vicarious liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the participating businesses.
